The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications, along with handson experience in REST/SOAP integrations, scripting, and workflow automation. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Service Now applications and integrations - Implement and manage REST and SOAP integrations with external systems (e.g., CMDB, HR, AD, monitoring tools) - Customize Service Now forms, workflows, client/server scripts, UI policies, and business rules - Develop integration solutions using Integration Hub, MID Servers, web services, and custom APIs Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (security, infrastructure, operations) to gather requirements and deliver solutions - Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, system design, and security compliance - Participate in Service Now platform upgrades, patching, and release management Document solutions, including SOPs and technical design documents - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers Required Skills & Qualifications: - 710 years of experience in Service Now development and administration - Proven experience integrating Service Now with thirdparty tools and systems - Robust proficiency in Java Script, Glide API, and Service Now scripting - Handson experience with Integration Hub, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs - Experience with Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, or HRSD - Deep understanding of the Service Now data model, ACLs, and platform architecture Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Experience with CMDB integrations (e.g., SCCM, Solar Winds, Qualys, or similar tools) - Familiarity with Dev Ops tools and CI/CD for Service Now - Exposure to Service Now App Engine and Scoped Applications - Knowledge of Service Now Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) - Strong stakeholder engagement and requirementgathering skills - Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment Address: Mizuho Global Services India Private Limited, 16th Floor, Tower B, Brigade World Trade Centre, No.142, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Chennai - 600096, Tamil Nadu, India.
