Role Summary: The Associate/AVP will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications built on the Microsoft ecosystem. The individual will work across the full software development lifecycle, delivering secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions leveraging SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Apps, .NET services, and modern UI frameworks such as Angular and React. Key Responsibilities: SharePoint & Digital Workplace Development Design, develop, and maintain modern SharePoint Online solutions.Build custom web parts and extensions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).Design and develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.Build automated workflows using Power Automate.Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.Develop responsive web applications using Angular and/or React. Build backend services and APIs using .NET Core and C#.Develop unit tests and participate in integration and user acceptance testing.Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.512 years of overall software development experience.Strong hands-on experience with: SharePoint OnlineSharePoint Framework (SPFx)TypeScript & JavaScriptPower AppsPower AutomateAngular and/or ReactHTML5, CSS3, JavaScriptC# / .NET Core, REST APIsExperience working with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines.Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
