About the role
About the role: A Graduate Intern will work closely with scientists and engineers on projects focused on raw material qualification and optimizing electroplating processes for advanced materials and applications. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to cutting-edge research in surface finishing, materials science, and electrochemistry You will make an impact by: Support laboratory line scale electroplating experiments, including bath preparation, substrate cleaning, deposition trials, and post-treatment. Characterize plated samples using analytical tools (e.g., SEM, XRF, microscopy, adhesion and thickness testing). Maintain detailed experimental records, write technical summaries, and contribute to qualification reports. Assist in troubleshooting bath stability and deposition issues under the guidance of senior team members. Maintain a clean and safe lab environment, following all safety and chemical handling protocols. Interpret and analyze test reports, providing actionable insights to drive project success.
