Should have completed at least 2 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM especially on Core HR, Recruitment Modules. Should have experience on Fast Formulae, Personalizations, BIP Reports, Dashboards specific to Core HR , Recruitment Should have expertise in Integration methodologies and interfaces- HDL, Web services, Data extracts, 3rd Party Integrations. In-depth understanding of History Data Conversion , History Data Loading/migration. In-depth understanding of Security process in Fusion Apps. Good Documentation skills ASIS, Technical Specifications/Design, Test Scenarios, User Manuals, Training documents, SOP Should have experience in writing test cases/scripts/scenarios covering end to end business process. Coordinating User Acceptance Testing with clients Should be able to perform his/her duties independently Should have Good Communication Skills (verbal written) Should have worked with Global clients any experience with US Clientele is good to have
