Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce configuration, and integration techniques. Youll work closely with technical leads, business analysts, and other developers to build scalable, high-performance Salesforce applications that drive business success. Key Responsibilities:Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. Design and implement complex business logic, workflows, triggers, batch jobs, and schedules. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft). Maintain and refactor existing code to improve quality, performance, and maintainability. Ensure high code quality through unit testing, test coverage, and code reviews. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle in an Agile/Scrum environment. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and new tools/features. Support and mentor junior developers and admins as needed. Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. .
