Job Description: Position: Blockchain platforms & crypto engineering manager technical Work location: Bangalore Notice period: Immediate - 15 days Mode of Interview: MS Teams Year of Experience: 10-20 Years Job Responsibilities Proven experience (10 - 20 years) in software engineering with proficiency in the following languages: Golang, Java, Python. 10-12 years of SW development experience using Java, Golang / Python. Worked in Product companies such as coinbase, Bitcoin, Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanely At least 3 years of experience in a management role leading an engineering team of 10-20 people Experience with code deployment and maintenance, cloud platforms and services. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Block chain platform Preferred: Prior experience building Compliance workfl ows - KYC/KYB workfl ows, Customer Due diligence, Enhanced Due diligence or Customer onboarding or Identity platforms including or experience building integrations with Compliance solutions (eg. KYT - Transaction monitoring or Travel Rule compliance integrations). .
