Roles & Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions across hybrid cloud environments.

Deploy and configure Identity Governance (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and cloud identity security solutions.

Manage Microsoft Entra ID and cloud identity services to ensure secure authentication and authorization.

Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automate deployments using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement secure identity governance.

Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and ITSM tools.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize IAM platforms for performance, security, and compliance.

Follow Agile and DevOps practices to deliver scalable and secure identity solutions.

Maintain technical documentation and support continuous platform improvements.

Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and industry best practices.

Requisites

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) across AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments.

Hands-on experience with Saviynt (IGA, PAM, ISPM, CPAM) or similar IAM platforms.

Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure identity services.

Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, GitLab/GitHub, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and cloud security principles.

Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, and ITIL processes.

Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Loki.

Cloud security or IAM certifications are an added advantage.

Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
