About the role
Job Title : Lead Solution Architect
Experience : 10-15 Years
Location : Bengaluru
Shift Timing : 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1.30pm to 10.30pm
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead architecture design and implementation of Azure cloud solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance
Define and maintain the cloud technology roadmap aligned with business goals
Design complex, cost-effective solutions integrating internal and third-party systems
Collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders to align architecture with operational needs
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and industry standards
Identify architectural risks and implement mitigation strategies
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovation opportunities
Support cloud migration, modernization, and optimization initiatives
Promote DevOps, automation, and cloud best practices
Requisites
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure architecture (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
Experience designing secure, scalable multi-cloud environments
Experience in cloud strategy, migration, and modernization
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
Understanding of data integration and modern cloud ecosystems
Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar preferred)
Relevant cloud certifications preferred
