Job Title : SR Software Engineer

Experience : 5 to 8 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Python.

Build, enhance, and support CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.

Develop and optimize database solutions, APIs, and system integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using unit and integration testing frameworks.

Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Automate deployment and infrastructure processes using DevOps best practices.

Monitor application performance and ensure system reliability and availability.

Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requisites

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Java and Python development.

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.

Hands-on experience with relational databases like MySQL.

Strong knowledge of Linux environments and shell operations.

Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and other testing frameworks.

Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, Spring Framework, and integration technologies.

Familiarity with AWS, Terraform, monitoring tools, and DevOps practices is an added advantage.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with distributed teams.
