Software QA Lead

As a Quality Assurance Manager at Mobikon, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI-driven Consumer Engagement and Predictive Analytics SaaS platform for the F&B industry. Your primary responsibility will be to interface with Product Management, Software Development, Product Support, and CEO Staff to enhance our product offerings and deliver high-quality releases. Here's what you will be responsible for: - Understanding product workflows and identifying use cases - Maintaining a document repository of new feature sets in the product - Creating effective test plans, test cases, and executing them - Minimizing manual testing by identifying high ROI test cases and assisting in automating them - Making recommendations to improve product reliability, code coverage, performance, and quality assurance best practices/processes - Tracking multiple projects/tasks simultaneously - Developing formal QA processes and integrating them into our current Agile SDLC process - Collaborating with the development team to ensure the overall quality of our online platform - Collaborating with Technical Support to prioritize and resolve bugs, manage feature requests, and enhance process efficiency and training - Defect tracking and management, Test Management, and STLC activities - Managing a team of manual and automation engineers Qualifications required for this position: - Engineering degree in computer science or equivalent - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance - 1 year of experience in Automation - Minimum 2-3 years of solid experience in team management and business deliverables - Product-based experience - Strong SQL/database knowledge - Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and a breakthrough attitude - Proven track record of working with product management and developers in an agile environment - Experience using programming languages (e.g., Selenium, Perl Python, Java, Ruby) to automate manual test cases and tasks - High ethical standards - Articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task - Exposure to startup industries Join us at Mobikon and be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to revolutionizing the F&B industry through cutting-edge technology and innovation.
