Quality Engineering - Change management

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer with a strong focus on Change Management The ideal candidate will ensure quality standards are maintained during system/process changes and work closely with cross-functional teams to manage and implement changes effectively Key Responsibilities: Manage and track change requests across systems and processes Ensure quality compliance during change implementation Perform impact analysis and risk assessment for changes Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams Validate changes through testing and documentation Maintain change logs, reports, and audit trails Ensure adherence to quality standards and governance Required Skills: Strong experience in Quality Engineering & Change Management Knowledge of change management processes (ITIL preferred) Experience in manual and/or automation testing Hands-on with defect tracking and test management tools Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and release management Good to Have: Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar tools Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
