Tableau Developer

Position : Tableau DeveloperExperience : 3 to 6 yearsLocations : Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, Panchkula, MohaliNotice Period : Immediate to 15 daysRole Overview :As a Tableau Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Tableau dashboards and reports that transform data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance, delivering solutions that empower decision-making processes.Key Responsibilities :- Design and develop interactive and visually appealing Tableau dashboards and reports.- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources for reporting purposes.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.- Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability.- Implement advanced analytics using Tableau calculated fields, parameters, and LOD expressions.- Maintain documentation and version control of dashboards and data pipelines.- Troubleshoot and resolve data visualization issues.Qualifications and Skills :- Experience: 3.5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Tableau development.- Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.- Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases.- Experience in integrating Tableau with other data sources like SQL Server, Excel, and APIs.- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python/R) for advanced analytics is a plus.- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Technical Skills :Tableau, SQL, Data Warehousing, ETL, Tableau Server, Tableau Prep, APIs, Python/R (Optional) (ref:hirist.tech) .
