Sr. Automation Engineer

As a Senior Automation Engineer at Mobiloitte Technologies in Delhi NCR, your role involves designing, building, and maintaining robust test automation frameworks using modern tools such as Cypress and Playwright. You will collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery through efficient and scalable automated testing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end test automation frameworks using Cypress and Playwright - Create and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and define test strategies - Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing as part of CI/CD pipelines - Identify, document, and track defects through their full lifecycle - Review and analyze test results, providing detailed reports to stakeholders - Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to best practices in test automation - Continuously improve test coverage and automation efficiency - Integrate automated tests within CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience with Cypress and Playwright test automation frameworks - Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for writing automation scripts - Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured - Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes - Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git - Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing is a plus - Knowledge of mobile test automation frameworks is an added advantage As a Senior Automation Engineer at Mobiloitte Technologies in Delhi NCR, your role involves designing, building, and maintaining robust test automation frameworks using modern tools such as Cypress and Playwright.
