Role Overview We are looking for a highly capable and hands-on Principal Solutions Architect who can lead the architecture, design, and technical strategy for modern digital solutions across AI, cloud, web, mobile, and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who has built complex applications from the ground up, understands scalable engineering practices, and can drive technical solutioning across multiple client engagements. This role requires a strong combination of: Technical depth Architecture expertise Cloud knowledge Consulting capability Hands-on engineering understanding Leadership and mentoring skills Key Responsibilities Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures for AI based applications, enterprise web, mobile, cloud applications Lead technical solutioning for complex client requirements and transformation initiatives Create architecture blueprints, integration strategies, and technical roadmaps Define engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices Guide teams on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability Provide technical leadership across frontend, backend, mobile, APIs, databases, and cloud native systems Review application architecture, code quality, deployment models, and engineering practices Drive modern application architecture patterns including microservices, APIs, event driven systems, and distributed architectures Mentor technical leads and engineering teams across projects Architect and guide solutions on Azure and AWS cloud platforms Participate in client consulting, discovery workshops, estimations, and technical pre-sales engagements. Drive secure engineering practices including application security, API security, cloud security, and responsible AI development standards Strong Hands-on Engineering Experience In React.js / Next.js Node.js Python REST APIs & backend architectures SQL & NoSQL databases Mobile application ecosystems Cloud-native application design Modern AI-Assisted Engineering Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms Strong understanding of modern AI-assisted software engineering practices and developer productivity workflows Ability to leverage AI-powered engineering approaches for code generation, debugging, refactoring, testing, and accelerated development Understanding of prompt-driven development and agentic coding workflows Ability to guide engineering teams on effective and responsible adoption of AI-assisted development practices Cloud Platforms Microsoft Azure AWS CI/CD pipelines Docker & containerization concepts Infrastructure and deployment architecture Architecture Expertise Microservices architecture Distributed systems API-first architecture Enterprise integrations Security and scalability principles Performance optimization Experience Requirements 1215+ years of software engineering and architecture experience preferred Strong experience building applications from ground up Experience handling complex enterprise solutioning Proven experience in client-facing consulting roles Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams Prior experience in IT services, digital engineering, or consulting environments preferred Drive secure engineering practices including application security, API security, cloud security, and responsible AI development standards Exposure to Microsoft enterprise technologies is a plus We Value Capability Over Tenure While significant architecture experience is preferred, we strongly believe great architects are defined by capability, ownership, and problem-solving mindset not just years of experience.
