Job Description SAP Test Manager Position: SAP Test Manager Experience: 815 Years Location: Chennai (Work from Office Preferred) Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing activities across SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in SAP testing methodologies, test strategy, defect management, automation, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires managing testing across multiple SAP modules while ensuring quality, timely delivery, and compliance with project objectives. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the overall SAP testing strategy for implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects. Plan, manage, and coordinate all phases of testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Performance Testing, and Cutover Validation. Develop test plans, test schedules, resource plans, and quality metrics. Lead and mentor functional and technical testing teams across multiple SAP modules. Coordinate with business users, project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure complete test coverage. Manage defect lifecycle using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or SAP Solution Manager. Track testing progress, defect resolution, and overall quality metrics, providing regular status updates to project leadership. Ensure traceability between business requirements, test scenarios, and test cases. Review and approve test cases, test scripts, execution reports, and sign-off documentation. Identify project risks related to testing and implement mitigation plans. Support release management, production deployment validation, and hypercare activities. Drive continuous improvement in SAP testing processes, governance, and best practices. Evaluate and implement test automation strategies where applicable. Required Skills 815 ye .
