Skills Required: Strong expertise in React.js and React Native JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript State management: Redux / Redux Toolkit / Context API UI frameworks: Material UI / Ant Design / Tailwind Mobile features: push notifications, biometrics, secure storage API integration: REST, OAuth2, JWT Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing (Jest, RTL) Banking / Fintech Experience (Preferred) Experience with mobile banking, payments, or fintech platforms Knowledge of secure app development (SSL pinning, device binding) Exposure to regulatory and compliance-driven systems Familiarity with FIDO2 / password less authentication Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration Ownership mindset with strong problem-solving skills Roles & Responsibilities: Lead development of React (Web) and React Native (Android & iOS) applications Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices Build secure, high-performance, and responsive UI components Integrate frontend applications with REST / GraphQL APIs Implement authentication, authorization, and session management Perform code reviews and mentor frontend engineers Ensure compliance with banking-grade security and performance standards Collaborate with UX, backend (Spring Boot / Microservices), and DevOps team Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6-8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on React and React Native based technologies.
