Technical Lead - Java Experience - 8+ years Location: Chennai Primary Skills: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project execution and work closely with SDE I & SDE II engineers to ensure timely delivery. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers. Own and drive the team's technical architecture, system design, and engineering direction. Collaborate with senior stakeholders (L6 SDEs, SDMs) to align technical solutions with business goals. Review code, design documents, and technical artifacts to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability. Drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and operational excellence across the team. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues. Leverage Generative AI tools to improve development efficiency and productivity. Mandatory Skills Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture Working knowledge of AWS Cloud Services Experience in System Design, Code Reviews, and Distributed Systems Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and influencing technical decisions Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
