IT Operations Specialist

Role Overview: Join the team at Modernizing Medicine where you will be a key member of the central IT Operations team as an IT Operations Specialist. You will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless technology experience for employees, from new hire onboarding to hardware upgrades, supporting the company's continued growth. Key Responsibilities: - IT Asset & Hardware Lifecycle Management: - Configure, provision, and deploy laptops and IT peripherals for new joiners and existing employees, ensuring equipment readiness for IT orientation programs. - Meticulously manage IT asset lifecycle, maintain accurate inventory records, and lead hardware refresh cycles and decommissioning initiatives. - Interact with external vendors for procurement, support, and warranty claims. - Account Provisioning & Systems Access: - Timely provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts across ModMed enterprise systems. - Perform detail-oriented account setups while adhering to internal SLAs and quality standards. - Onboarding, Support & Troubleshooting: - Lead IT onboarding and orientation sessions, guiding new employees through systems and tools. - Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve internal IT tickets related to accounts, access, and devices. - Provide customer-centric support for the global workforce. - Scope, Impact & Team Dynamics: - Collaborate with core IT Ops team, IT Support, System Admins, HR, and Security for efficient operations. - Operate with a mindset of resource optimization, making cost-effective choices. - Stay updated on emerging IT systems and tools for continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 4+ years in IT Operations, Helpdesk, or IT Asset Management in a corporate environment. - Technical Acumen: Proven experience in hardware provisioning and managing user identities across enterprise SaaS platforms. - Attention to Detail: Impeccable accuracy in handling data, inventory records, and user access rights. - Communication & Adaptability: Strong ability to ask questions, provide clear updates, and adapt quickly in a hyper-growth environment.
