Job Description • Giving Telephonic Support Regarding Shree Lipi Problem and Queries. • Generating E-Tickets of Customer as per customer requirements . • Testing Production Locks of Shree Lipi and Ankur Packages. • Customer Visit/Support Report scan & upload in DMS. • Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional.
