Structural Engineering Lead Building Design

Job Overview We are seeking a Project Manager Structural Design with strong expertise in RCC and building structures. The role involves leading design projects, managing teams, ensuring compliance with international codes, and delivering high-quality structural engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities Prepare schematic and detailed structural designs including calculations and drawings Lead and manage a team of detailers and engineers Oversee design of steel, RCC, composite, wood, and light gauge structures Ensure quality checks of design outputs and 3D models Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution Manage project estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery Ensure compliance with international design standards and codes Must-Have Qualifications 8 15 years of experience in structural design (building structures preferred) Strong expertise in RCC (Reinforced Concrete) design Hands-on experience with ETABS / STAAD Pro / SAFE (any 1 2) Knowledge of US Codes: ACI / AISC / ASCE Experience in team handling and project management Strong communication and coordination skills Experience with Tekla, Revit Structure, or Advance Steel Exposure to BIM and 3D modeling tools
