Machine build engineer

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage new project machine assembly daily work. 管理新项目设备组装的日常工作。
2. Debug the non-standard machine. 调试非标自动化设备。
3. Provide technical leadership in debug area. 在调试区域提供技术领导。
4. Support machine assembly and debug in debug phase and assembly phase. 在调试阶段和组装阶段支持设备的装配与调试。
5. Involved in machine problem finding in design phase. 在设计阶段参与设备问题识别。
6. Support DG transfer machine/equipment to VN/GDL. 支持从东莞向越南/墨西哥转移设备/机器。
7. Visit Molex VN/GDL plant onsite support new project machine/equipment setup debug and qualification. 到越南/墨西哥工厂现场支持新项目设备的安装、调试与验证。

Requirements

1. BS, major in mechanical or related. 本科学历，机械或相关专业。 2. At least 8 years experience in manufacturing plant or professional equipment company, with minimum 5 years working experience in automatic debug & management experience in automation assembly team. 至少8年制造工厂或专业设备公司的工作经验，其中至少5年自动化设备调试经验，有自动化组装团队管理经验。 3. Be familiar with no-standard mechanical equipment. 熟悉非标自动化机械设备。 4. Good leadership. 良好的领导能力。 5. Good English read and written and verbal communication skills. 良好的英语阅读、书写及口语能力。 6. Self-motivated, driven, assertive and analytical. 积极主动、执行力强、具备分析能力。 7. Excellent Engineering project management experience. 出色的工程项目管理经验。 8. Familiar with PLC program debug. 熟悉PLC 程序调试。
