Sr. Engineer, Automation

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Design & Implement IIoT Solutions – Build end-to-end IIoT system architecture including sensors, edge devices, networks, and cloud platforms. 设计与落地 IIoT 方案：构建从传感器、边缘设备、网络到云平台的完整 IIoT 架构。
2. Industrial Device Integration – Integrate PLCs and industrial protocols (Modbus, PROFINET, etc.) with IIoT platforms. 工业设备与协议集成：对接 PLC、Modbus、PROFINET 等工业协议与 IIoT 平台。
3. SCADA Development – Develop and maintain monitoring, data acquisition, and visualization applications using Ignition SCADA. SCADA 开发：基于 Ignition SCADA 开发监控、数据采集和可视化应用。
4. Edge Computing – Build data acquisition/processing apps on gateways or industrial computers; write Python/Jython scripts for automation tasks. 边缘计算开发：在网关/工控机上开发数据采集与处理应用，编写 Python/Jython 自动化脚本。
5. Data Pipeline Optimization – Ensure accuracy and timeliness of industrial data; support data science for predictive maintenance. 数据管道优化：确保工业数据的准确、完整、及时，并支持预测性维护的数据需求。
6. System Monitoring & Troubleshooting – Analyze issues, maintain system performance, and ensure cybersecurity compliance. 系统监控与故障处理：监控 IIoT 系统状态，排查根因，确保网络安全与数据安全。
7. Documentation & Training – Prepare technical documents and provide training to related teams. 文档与培训：编写技术文档，培训相关团队。
8. Cross62department Collaboration – Work with automation, IT, and global teams across America, Asia, and Europe. 跨部门与跨区域合作：与自动化、IT 以及全球团队协作推动项目实施。

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree in IT or related major. 本科及以上，电气工程、自动化、计算机等相关专业；信息技术等相关专业硕士优先。 2. 3+ years in industrial automation or IIoT. 3 年以上工业自动化或 IIoT 相关经验。 3. Knowledge of Modbus TCP/RTU, PROFINET, etc. 熟悉 Modbus、PROFINET 等工业通信协议。 4. Proficient in Python, C#, Java or scripting languages. 熟练掌握 Python、C#、Java 等至少一种编程语言。 5. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and visualization tools. 熟悉 SQL / NoSQL 数据库与数据可视化工具。 6. Strong problem62solving and teamwork skills. 具备优秀的分析问题和团队协作能力。 7. Hands62on experience with Ignition SCADA (tags, visualization, scripting). 有 Ignition SCADA 实际开发经验（Tag、界面、脚本）。 8. Basic networking knowledge (VPN, firewall, switch). 具备基础网络知识（VPN、防火墙、交换机配置）。 9. Understanding of log collection tools (e.g., Fluentd). 了解 Fluentd 等日志收集工具。 10. Experience in MES (e.g., Siemens Opcenter / Camstar) is a plus. 有 MES 系统经验（如 Siemens Opcenter/Camstar）更佳。
