As a Senior Data Scientist, Growth Analytics at Moloco, you will be responsible for providing data products such as raw data, campaign facts, and growth insights to assist customers in enhancing campaign performance and achieving their business objectives. Role Overview: You will contribute to various areas including data analysis, data validation, campaign optimization, and business collaboration. Your role will involve working cross-functionally to meet client needs and enhance machine learning models. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct data analysis by gathering, analyzing, and effectively communicating presentations and recommendations to stakeholders at different levels. - Validate data obtained from ad exchanges and mobile-app tracking solutions to ensure accurate engagement data for campaign models. - Optimize campaigns by monitoring daily performance and collaborating with sales teams on bespoke analysis for clients. - Collaborate with key stakeholders to focus on decisions that enhance Moloco products and services, particularly in client growth. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 7+ years of experience in data analytics using statistical packages like R, Python, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, SQL; or Masters degree with 5+ years of experience; or PhD with 3+ years of experience. - Proficiency in Python (or R) and SQL programming is essential. - Strong knowledge and experience in experimental design, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis such as regression and time-series analysis. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize work effectively, and present information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Interest in data, metrics, analysis, and trends with a customer-centric approach.
