Lead Analyst, It Manufacturing / Quality

As a Lead Analyst IT Manufacturing Quality at Momentive, you will play a crucial role in supporting and implementing all IT solutions in the global manufacturing and quality management environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the implementation of Quality management and LIMS system integration solutions projects - Coordinating application development, integration, and maintenance in collaboration with various stakeholders - Participating in the development of Digital Strategy Smart Plant initiatives to align with Momentive's global business strategy - Directly overseeing End to End development, integration, QA of all assigned change and development requests - Providing operational and strategic support to Momentive's global Quality Management and LIMS systems - Acting as a subject matter expert and internal consultant within the business to facilitate technology use for process improvement - Managing change within affected processes and stakeholder groups through process mapping, proofs of concept, demonstrations, and testing Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing innovative solutions - 5 years of hands-on experience in IT Manufacturing and Quality management with Application management - Proficiency in Java and front end Technical development - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines - Knowledge of current Industry 4.0 technologies, client-server environments, and standard interfaces - Experience in off/onshore model, working with Virtual teams, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and analytical tools Preferred qualifications: - Manufacturing or business experience with a solid understanding of business operations processes - Experience with international or global ERP systems and exposure to plant floor systems and IT Infrastructure technologies Momentive offers competitive total rewards, development programs, and an inclusive culture that fosters diverse career opportunities.
