About the role
Min 7+ years working with field deployment team and service partners is desired. Perform advanced provisioning and troubleshooting activities, and network software upgrades Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting assistance, and to act as a trainer/mentor to deployment technicians working in the field. Leads the Turn-Up, Commissioning and Testing, provides technical leadership in deployment project and run maintenance windows. Advanced knowledge of one or more major OEM product lines. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
