About the role
Job Description Low Power Electronics (Embedded Electronics) Experience - 5 - 7 years Circuit Design & Development Design analog circuits , op-amp, buffers, and signal conditioning for sensors. Develop digital logic circuits , microcontroller-based systems, and peripheral interfaces (UART, SPI, IC, CAN, Ethernet). Select and integrate, Microcontroller, FPGA, Processor, RAM, Flash memory , and optimize for low-power operation. Analysis and trade study for components selection. Power Management Design low-voltage power supplies , regulators, and DC-DC converters. Perform power budgeting and optimize energy efficiency. System Integration & Testing Validate hardware through board bring-up , functional verification, and compliance testing (EMI/EMC, UL, DO-160, MIL-STD). Conduct environmental and reliability tests (thermal, vibration, altitude). Communication & Interfaces Implement and test wired/wireless communication protocols for embedded systems (Wifi, Bluetooth, ZigBee). Ensure robust interface design for sensors and actuators. Documentation & Compliance Prepare schematics, PCB layouts , and design documentation. Ensure adherence to industry standards and internal quality processes. Testing o Board brings up subsystem & integration testing with hardware and software. Required Skills Strong knowledge of analog electronics (op-amps, filters, ADC/DAC). Expertise in digital electronics , microcontrollers, and embedded systems. Familiarity with low-power design techniques and power supply architectures . Experience with PCB design tools (Altium, Cadence, etc.). Understanding of communication protocols (UART, SPI, IC, CAN, Ethernet). Hands-on experience with testing tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power analyzers).
