Key Responsibilities: - Administer LMS (Cornerstone / Workday Learning) with strong ownership of configuration, governance, and system performance - Configure learning entities (courses, curricula, assignments, campaigns) and manage lifecycle, enrollments, and completion tracking - Apply strong knowledge of LMS architecture (assignment rules, equivalencies, reporting, roles, permissions) - Support Workday Learning Functional module with Core HCM and cross-module processes - Configure and maintain Learning-related business processes in Workday (enrollment, approvals, notifications) - Build and support reporting using Workday tools (standard/advanced reports, calculated fields) - Ability to support integrations (EIB, APIs) and interfaces with external vendors/content providers - Troubleshoot workflows, enrollments, reporting issues in LMS Tool and manage vendor relationships, support cases, and act as LMS subject matter expert - Apply analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills to drive improvements, including AI-enabled learning features Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience - LMS certifications such as Cornerstone OnDemand or Workday Learning are preferred About The Team: The Digital People Systems (DPS) team at Moody's supports global People platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready learning and HR technology solutions.
