About the role
Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and gather feedback to improve designs Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and visual assets Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for user experience enhancement Requirements: Education:Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Computer Science, or a related field Technical Skills:Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop Understanding of UX Principles:Basic knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user research Creativity & Attention to Detail:Ability to design aesthetically appealing and functional interfaces Communication & Collaboration:Robust communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Bonus Skills (Optional):Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus .
