Job Description : - Lead the QA team in planning, designing, and executing comprehensive testing strategies for software development projects. - Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for various types of testing including Database, cloud, UI, mobile, and API testing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and business stakeholders, to understand project requirements and ensure that quality standards are met. - Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with the development team to address and resolve them in a timely manner. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to quality assurance and testing, particularly in the areas of cloud testing and mobile testing. - Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the QA team, and ensure that team members have the necessary skills and resources to perform their jobs effectively. - Prepare and present reports on testing progress, test results, and quality metrics to management and other stakeholders. - Continuously monitor and improve the quality assurance process to optimize testing activities' efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy. - Identify, document, and prioritize bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps. - Root Cause Analysis : Investigate and identify the root cause of defects to improve future development cycles. - Defect Reporting : Communicate defects and testing outcomes to developers and stakeholders clearly and constructively. - Conduct load, stress, and scalability testing to ensure applications can handle expected user loads. - Test for vulnerabilities and ensure applications meet security standards Company Description : Mobifly is a trusted Information Technology company that was incorporated in the year 2013.
