Job Description Blue Prism RPA Developer / Blue Prism Expert Position: Blue Prism RPA Developer / Blue Prism Expert Location: Noida (Hybrid) Experience: 4 to 8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Blue Prism RPA Developer to join our growing automation team in Noida . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade automation solutions using the Blue Prism platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Blue Prism. Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. Develop scalable and reusable Blue Prism processes and objects. Integrate Blue Prism bots with web applications, desktop applications, databases, APIs, and enterprise systems. Configure and manage Work Queues, Control Room, Scheduler, Credential Manager, and Release Manager. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Monitor production bots, troubleshoot issues, and optimize automation performance. Prepare technical documentation including Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD). Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, Solution Architects, and stakeholders. Ensure adherence to Blue Prism development standards, security, and governance best practices. Required Skills 48 years of overall IT experience. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Blue Prism development experience. Strong expertise in: Blue Prism Process Studio Object Studio Work Queues Exception Handling Control Room Scheduler Credential Manager Release Management Application Modeller Experience with: REST & SOAP APIs SQL Server / Oracle Database Excel Automation PDF Automation Email Automation JSON/XML Knowledge of C#/.NET is preferred. Experience with Git or Azure DevOps is an advantage. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Blue Prism Decipher Blue Prism Interact Blue Prism Hub OCR technologies (ABBYY, Tesseract, Google Vision) Power Platform exposure Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
