Java Back End Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend applications and microservices using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and AWS Cloud Services. Your role will involve participating in architecture discussions, contributing to system design decisions, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Troubleshooting production issues, contributing to CI/CD pipelines, and automation initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot. - Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures. - Develop cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services. - Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions. - Create and review Low-Level Design (LLD) and High-Level Design (HLD) documents. - Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security. - Implement best coding practices, design patterns, and clean architecture principles. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams. - Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation initiatives. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
