Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central Consultant Location: Gurugram Experience: 5 - 10 Years Department: Finance & Accounts About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Central Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and Business Central, specializing in Finance and Accounting modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing ERP solutions to streamline financial operations, ensure compliance, and improve business efficiency. Key Responsibilities Implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central for Finance & Accounting operations. Gather business requirements from finance stakeholders and translate them into functional ERP solutions. Configure and maintain core finance modules, including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Bank Reconciliation Cash & Treasury Management Budgeting and Financial Reporting Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and process flow documentation. Conduct GAP analysis and recommend process improvements. Coordinate with technical consultants for customization, report development, and integrations. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, and deployment support. Train end users and provide post-implementation support. Troubleshoot ERP issues and ensure timely resolution. Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities. Ensure statutory and financial compliance within the ERP system. Assist in ERP upgrades, migrations from NAV to Business Central, and new feature rollouts. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification is preferred. 510 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/Business Central. Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes. Experience in ERP implementation, support, or consulting. Knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, GST, and statutory compliance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Industry Retail, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Manufacturing, Distribution, FMCG, or ERP Consulting.
