About the role
About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify gaps and opportunities across the e-commerce funnel. Right from the homepage, landing pages, product pages, checkout, post-purchase, and communication flows. 2. Translate CS ticket trends, platform metrics, and leadership inputs into structured, prioritised product requirements. 3. Research and scope features end-to-end. User flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria before anything reaches the design or tech team. 4. Write product requirement documents and feature specifications that leave no room for interpretation. 5. Own and maintain product documentation across all active workstreams. 6. Produce wireframes and user flows that design can act on immediately. 7. Work directly with design to ensure scoped features are visually executed correctly. 8. Work directly with tech to ensure requirements are understood, feasible, and prioritised correctly. 9. Work directly with QA to define what a successful build looks like before testing begins. 10. Own the handoff from scoping to delivery. 11. Maintain a live, prioritised backlog across all business verticals. 12. Flag blockers early and surface trade-offs to leadership with a clear recommendation, not just a status update. 13. Ensure every week's plan is realistic, clearly owned, and tied to measurable goals. Hands-on experience with Magento or a comparable e-commerce platform. 3. Strong documentation discipline. You write specs that engineers and designers can act on without a follow-up meeting. 4. Comfortable working with Figma to create or review wireframes and user flows. 5. Familiar with customer communication tooling: email platforms, SMS automation, transactional flows. 6. Experience working across design, tech, QA, and content teams simultaneously. 7. Analytical enough to read CS trends, funnel data, and platform metrics and turn them into product decisions.
