Job Summary Role Title- Business Solutions Group - AI Intelligent Automation, Manager/Senior Manager, Institutional Securities Management We re seeking someone to join our team as a Manager / Senior Manager who can lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions across the Institutional Securities Group. Partner with business and technology teams to identify high-value AI opportunities, define product roadmaps, architect scalable solutions, and deliver production-grade AI capabilities that improve productivity, automate workflows, and enhance business outcomes. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience delivering AI products, AI agents, and workflow automation while collaborating across business, engineering, architecture, and UX teams in an Agile environment. They should possess positive Global Markets domain knowledge, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and a passion for driving AI innovation that delivers measurable business value. The Business Solutions Group (BSG) team sits within Morgan Stanley s Institutional Securities Group (ISG) and functions as an in-house management consulting team supporting the firm with strategic program management and delivery, large-scale transformation, operational improvement, and regulatory change or remediation. The team partners with individual business lines, Legal/Risk/Compliance, and senior firm leadership to drive initiatives to completion. .
