As a member of the Non-Financial (NFR) group within the Institutional Securities Group (ISG), your role involves managing various non-financial risks across ISG, such as Compliance, Supervision, Conduct, Client, and Product Risk. You will collaborate with ISG business stakeholders, technology groups, and 2nd line control functions to understand business needs, assess associated risks, implement practical solutions, and uphold a global governance strategy promoting a culture of control excellence. With team members in New York, London, Mumbai, and Hong Kong, you will play a crucial role in ensuring risk management within the organization. Primary Responsibilities: - Engage with business users to comprehend and document requirements, outline use cases, and propose automation solutions - Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Platform - Implement best practices for Microsoft Power Platform and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements - Proactively identify and address risks and issues, report progress, and track project benefits - Fulfill various roles including Business Analyst, Developer, Project Manager, Tester, and Business User as an Individual Contributor - Ensure processes are designed in alignment with standard principles and conventions Qualifications Required: - B Tech/ MCA/ M Tech with relevant work experience in the finance industry - Minimum 6 years of experience in software development and Microsoft Power Platform - Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps - Experience in scaling Power Platform within the organization - Strong understanding of data structures and coding best practices - Demonstrated experience across all phases of the Software development life cycle - Familiarity with best practices such as PDD/ SDD, Unit Test Cases, Code Quality, Development Standards, etc. - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and handle tasks with accuracy - Strong team player with the ability to communicate confidently across all levels As an equal opportunities employer, Morgan Stanley fosters a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals can thrive.
