SENIOR UI/UX DESIGNER

Job Description Moris Media is on the hunt for a highly skilled Seasoned UI/UX Designer with a wealth of experience to transform our software into user-friendly products. Your role will entail understanding the companys vision to produce innovative and captivating designs for our forthcoming line of products, primarily focusing on our website. We are specifically interested in candidates who bring a senior-level expertise in the field of UI/UX design . The scope of your responsibilities will encompass gathering user specifications, crafting visual elements, and developing intuitive navigation components. Proficiency in design software and wireframe tools is a must for success in this position . If your professional portfolio showcases a track record of exceptional design work, particularly in web and mobile applications, were eager to get to know you. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing features that not only meet our clients expectations but also contribute to the expansion of our customer base. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to collect and assess user requirements Visualize design concepts through the use of storyboards, flow diagrams, and sitemaps Craft graphical elements for the user interface, such as menus, tabs, and widgets Construct navigation features, including page buttons and search functionalities Generate clear UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate site aesthetics and functionality Produce original visual designs, including images, sketches, and tables Present preliminary drafts to internal teams and key decision-makers for review Diagnose and resolve UX issues, such as responsiveness concerns Implement layout modifications based on feedback from users Maintain consistency in design by adhering to established guidelines on fonts, colors, and imagery Proficiency in typography, iconography, layout design, and responsive design techniques Hands-on experience in crafting user interfaces across websites, mobile apps, and other visual mediums Expertise in performing user research, competitive analysis, and product assessments Capability to develop wireframes and interactive prototypes for products Acquaintance with a variety of graphic design tools, coding languages, and UI-specific technologies A cooperative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team setting Strong sense of empathy for users, with a focus on inclusive and accessible design principles Capacity for both critical and imaginative thinking Data-driven analytical approach to problem-solving Comprehensive understanding of how various artistic and visual components coalesce Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Experience with code editors like Bluefish, TextMate, and Brackets Proficient in content management systems like WordPress, Squarespace, and Magento Skilled in visual design software like Adobe Photoshop, Gravit Designer, and Pixlr Knowledgeable in user research tools including UsabilityHub, Hotjar, and Userlytics Demonstrable experience in a UI/UX Designer role or similar position A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of design projects Expertise in wireframing tools, including Wireframe.cc and InVision Updated skills in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Exceptional communication abilities to liaise with a variety of stakeholders Effective time management skills 5-7 years in roles focused on UX or UI design Understanding of the various phases in product development A Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory Proficiency in user-centered design principles and methodologies A proven track record in creating websites, applications, and other digital platforms A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience At least 5 years of specialized experience in UX or UI design MANDATORY REQUISITES: Laptop/desktop with upgraded configurations. High-speed internet connection. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Flexibility to travel occasionally. Strong telephonic skills as the role involves extensive phone work with clients. Excellent management skills and the ability to work under pressure. SALARY: Salary is negotiable based on overall profile, experience, personality, and skills. JOB LOCATION: Moris Media operates in a remotely mode, allowing employees to work remotely. We facilitate productivity by accommodating diverse geographical time zones.
