Key Responsibilities Understanding customer requirements, creating the technical proposal, creating Automotive focused case studies Design, develop, and integrate software components based on Classic AUTOSAR architecture, ensuring adherence to automotive industry standards and best practices. Contribute to the development and optimization of Microcontroller Abstraction Layer (MCAL) drivers, ECU Abstraction Later, Service Layer, and Complex Drivers , CRYPTO, for various automotive microcontrollers. Lead the design and implementation of software solutions for new features and functionalities within the automotive domain, considering performance, safety, and security requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, and validation teams, to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Perform comprehensive testing, debugging, and validation of software modules to ensure high quality and reliability. Utilize and recommend a variety of development, debugging, and testing tools relevant to automotive software engineering. Train and lead the team of junior engineers focused on Automotive domain. Lead in-house automotive initiatives. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and standards in automotive software and embedded systems. Required Qualifications Bachelor''s or master''s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in embedded software development, with a significant focus on the automotive industry. Proven hands-on experience with Classic AUTOSAR architecture, including BSW, RTE, and application layer development. Practical experience with Adaptive AUTOSAR development, including understanding of its services, communication management, and execution management. Proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems. Experience with various automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay). Familiarity with automotive development processes (e.g., ASPICE, ISO 26262). Ability to design comprehensive software solutions for complex automotive domain challenges. Experience working with a diverse set of automotive development tools (e.g., Vector DaVinci Developer/Configurator, EB tresos, CANoe, Lauterbach Trace32, debuggers, compilers, version control systems like Git). Understanding and experience of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices for automotive systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience with hypervisors and virtualization technologies in automotive contexts. Understanding of Adaptive AUTOSAR, SDV principles for automotive systems. Familiarity with functional safety standards (ISO 26262) and their application in software development. Experience with agile development methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Education Requirements: B. Tech / M.
