RPA Business Analyst

Job Title: RPA Business Analyst (UiPath) Location: Noida (Work from Office) Experience: 6-8 Years Job Summary We are seeking a skilled RPA Business Analyst with strong experience in UiPath to identify, analyze, and deliver automation opportunities. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful RPA implementation aligned with business objectives, preferably in the manufacturing domain. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business users to understand processes, pain points, and automation opportunities. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for RPA projects. Perform detailed process analysis and create process flow diagrams, user stories, and BRD/FSD documents. Work with RPA developers to design and support UiPath-based automation solutions. Define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment of deliverables with business requirements. Support configuration and implementation of UiPath bots in collaboration with technical teams. Perform unit testing, UAT, and ensure defect resolution before deployment. Support change management, deployment activities, and post-go-live support. Train end-users on automated processes and ensure smooth adoption. Required Skills 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in RPA projects. Strong hands-on experience with UiPath. Expertise in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation (BRD/FSD). Experience in UAT, testing, and change management. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC. Good communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. UiPath certification (UiRPA) is an added advantage. Experience in Manufacturing domain and SAP environments preferred.
