The ideal candidate will lead database development initiatives, optimize SQL queries, support reporting and analytics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views. - Lead SQL development activities and provide technical guidance to the team. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into productive database solutions. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools. - Perform database performance tuning and query optimization. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across databases. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to deliver reporting solutions. - Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions. - Participate in code reviews and enforce SQL development best practices. - Prepare technical documentation and maintain database standards. Required Skills - 510 years of experience in SQL development. - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning. - Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or QlikView/Qlik Sense. - Strong understanding of database design, normalization, and data warehousing concepts. - Experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. - Good knowledge of ETL processes and data integration. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
