Technical Principal Civil Structural and Architectural

As an Engineering - Other professional in the Engineering & Construction industry, you will have the responsibility to lead and manage a team consisting of Civil, Structural Engineers, Architects, Modelers, and CAD Designers to ensure successful project delivery. Your role involves providing technical direction and guidance in design, cost estimation, contractor reviews, and quality plans control across Civil, Structural, and Architectural disciplines. Key Responsibilities: - Spearhead and manage a team of 50-60 professionals to drive operational excellence and productivity improvements - Oversee the review process to ensure high-quality standards and a Safe by Design approach - Monitor team performance, foster career development, and promote a culture of accountability - Support business development by providing technical expertise and contributing to proposals - Manage inter-discipline conflicts and technical issues, ensuring timely project milestones - Guide team development through training and technical clinics - Promote professional excellence through industry participation and customer satisfaction Qualification Required: - Bachelors in civil engineering/ Master's in structural engineering - Experience in concept/ FEED, detailed design, and engineering of civil and structural works on industrial projects - Proven track record of technical management, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills - Expertise in tools like STAAD Pro, STAAD Advanced Foundation, and proficiency in Indian and international codes and standards You should be familiar with tools like STAAD Pro, STAAD Advanced Foundation, RCDC, RAM Connections, NAVIS, and Plant 3D. Your expertise in building and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships will be crucial for this role. Additionally, experience in infrastructure and renewables projects will be advantageous.
