The UiPath RPA Support Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automated RPA processes deployed across the organization. The engineer will work closely with business stakeholders, the CoE team, and IT to ensure high availability of RPA bots and resolution of incidents. The role involves production support, monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of UiPath bots across multiple environments. Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 production support for UiPath automations Monitor bots using UiPath Orchestrator and resolve failures proactively Perform root cause analysis and fix issues related to queues, triggers, selectors, and integrations Handle incident, problem, and change management activities as per ITIL standards Coordinate with business users, developers, and infrastructure teams Perform bot enhancements, minor changes, and performance optimization Support deployments, releases, and environment-related activities Maintain operational documentation and SOPs Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent 49 years of experience in RPA / Automation support Strong hands-on experience with: UiPath Studio UiPath Orchestrator UiPath Action Center UiPath queues, triggers, assets, and logs Experience supporting bots in production environments Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change) Exposure to the healthcare domain is a plus Ability to work in rotational / night shifts if required Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Certifications UiPath Certified Professional (RPA Associate / Advanced) ITIL Foundation (good to have) Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
