About The Role - Real estate is changing fast, and we're rethinking how technology should support agents in that shift. RISE is our next chapter: a unified, AI-powered platform that brings up-to-date workflows to how agents and brokerages sell, market, and grow. - We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive our mobile experience end-to-end. This is a high-impact role responsible for defining and delivering the core mobile product used by agents in their daily workflows, while also helping shape how mobile evolves as part of the broader platform over time. - This role collaborates closely with North America-based product, design, and engineering teams. - Regular overlap with Pacific Time is required. Team members should be comfortable participating in meetings either in the India early morning (~7 am) or later evening (~8 pm), based on team agreements and business needs (2-3 times a week). - This role works in close partnership with functional counterparts in North America and helps ensure shared priorities, decisions, and product direction are reflected in day-to-day collaboration with engineering teams in India. - Success in this role requires strong communication, ownership, and the ability to work effectively across time zones and distributed teams. - Mobile is a critical surface for agents.
