About the role
Role Description We are looking for a Workday Integration Specialist to support the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems. This role also requires a strong understanding of Workday's integration & reporting tools and a collaborative mindset to work across HR, IT, and business teams. Develop and maintain integrations using Workday tools such as EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, Workday Studio and Web Services (SOAP/REST). Develop and support custom reports using BIRT for Workday Advanced Reporting. Create and manage Workday custom reports, calculated fields, composite reports, and dashboards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption. Support Workday updates and releases by testing and validating integrations. Maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and technical specifications. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of experience with Workday integrations and reporting. Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, XML, XSLT, and JSON. Hands-on experience with BIRT and Workday Advanced Reporting. Strong knowledge of Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, and data sources. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Requirements Certification in Workday Pro Integrations and Workday Studio / Reporting. Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
