Bot Developer

As a candidate with 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Experience into Agentic AI Platform standards and Prompt engineering - Build and maintain Kore ai virtual assistants - Implement dialog flows intents and integrations - Integrate GenAI capabilities into conversational workflows - Develop backend services using Node.js and Python - Integrate bots with enterprise systems via REST APIs - Support deployments across environments (Dev, QA, Prod) - Troubleshoot and fix production issues - Collaborate with Senior Engineers, Prompt Engineers, QA, and BAs - Follow coding standards and delivery best practices Qualifications required for this position include: - 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in related fields - Proficiency in Agentic AI Platform standards and Prompt engineering - Experience with building and maintaining virtual assistants - Strong skills in implementing dialog flows, intents, and integrations - Ability to develop backend services using Node.js and Python - Familiarity with integrating bots with enterprise systems via REST APIs - Knowledge of supporting deployments across different environments - Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to fix production issues - Excellent collaboration skills with various teams - Adherence to coding standards and delivery best practices.
