Job Title: Senior Software Engineer Designation: Senior Software Engineer Location: Mphasis Taiwan Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Mphasis Taiwan. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting teams through the engineering development process and the implementation of innovative products. This position requires a strong foundation in software development, excellent communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English, and a solid understanding of CI/CD automation pipeline/ PD/USB technology. Responsibilities: Lead and support cross-functional teams in the engineering development process. Oversee the implementation of software solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Facilitate effective communication between team members and external partners. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to management. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Continuously improve software development processes and methodologies. Mandatory Skills: 3+ years of PM experience Great communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English Provides support and/or lead teams through the Engineering development process and implementation of products. Familiar with CI/CD automation pipeline A good experience of AI adoption on pipeline would be a plus Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong project management skills with a focus on software development. Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
