Engineering Manager - Manufacturing of Machines

Roles and Responsibilities Lead a team responsible for manufacturing machines on the shop floor. Oversee machine design, development, and production to ensure efficient use of resources. Streamline processes and increase productivity Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the manufacturing process. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality components. Requisites : Good working knowledge of machine design, structural and fabrication work Good knowledge of GD & T Good knowledge of all metal working processes Knowledge of CAD design with Solidworks and AutoCAD
