About the role
We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI solutions. This is a leadership role for a highly skilled professional with proven expertise in building and scaling production-grade AI systems. Location : Kolkata (Hybrid) Experience : 6+ Years (Mandatory) Joining Preference : Immediate to 30 Days Notice Period Preferred We have successfully completed hiring for our junior AI positions and are now seeking a senior technical leader capable of architecting and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Architect and lead the development of Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems - Design, implement, and optimize production-grade RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks - Build scalable AI applications leveraging modern LLM ecosystems - Develop intelligent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, and LlamaIndex - Implement knowledge graph-driven AI solutions and vector database architectures - Establish AI observability, monitoring, governance, and performance optimization frameworks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications - Drive AI platform scalability, reliability, and operational excellence - Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives Required Technical Skills : 1.
