Product Owner (Vadodara)

Job Description MRI Software is currently seeking a Product Owner to join our Product Management team focused on developing our product. This individual needs to have experience maintaining product backlogs, documentation, and gathering requirements. In addition, the Product Owner is responsible for developing user stories, translating requirements, producing and managing product roadmaps and working with the agile programming teams. This position involves close interaction with other individuals throughout the business including architects, product managers, product development, professional services, and client support. AI/ML Product Owner (Mid-Level) - Roles & Responsibilities Define Product Vision & Roadmap - Translate business goals into AI/ML-driven product visions, aligned with company strategy. Prioritize the Product Backlog - Own and groom the backlog, ensuring the highest-value AI/ML features are prioritized for delivery. Bridge Tech and Business Teams - Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the ML engineering team, ensuring mutual understanding. Convert Requirements into User Stories - Write transparent, testable, and technically-informed user stories and acceptance criteria for ML features. Collaborate with AI/ML Engineers - Work closely with data scientists and ML engineers to define model objectives, datasets, and evaluation goals. Evaluate Model Performance & Impact - Assess outputs of ML models using business-relevant metrics (accuracy, ROI, usability, fairness). Drive Agile Ceremonies - Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review meetings, specifically tailored for AI/ML project workflows. Manage Stakeholder Expectations - Communicate progress, trade-offs, and risks effectively to business teams and project managers. Validate Deliverables - Ensure model outputs and ML features meet business needs, user expectations, and ethical standards.
