Manager - Engineering | MSA Global Technology & Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Location: Bangalore, India | Full-Time | Aerospace & Defence Precision Manufacturing Company Description: MSA Global Technology & Engineering Private Limited is an AS9100D-certified aerospace and defense manufacturer with advanced precision manufacturing facilities in Bengaluru and a liaison office in New Delhi. Established in 2016, the company has evolved from a military hardware trading business into a full-scale producer of mission-critical components for leading clients such as TASL, GE India, Dynamatics Technologies, Rangsons Aerospace, and the Indian Army. MSA manufactures Class 1 aero structural components, aero engine parts, large caliber weapon assemblies, and direct-to-soldier tactical precision equipment. Its capabilities include 5-axis simultaneous machining, micron-level tolerances, expertise in exotic alloys, and robust AS9100 Rev D and DGQA-certified quality systems designed for zero-failure environments. An in-house engineering team provides end-to-end manufacturing readiness, from 3D modeling and process planning to NC programming, APQP, and PPAP for serial production. We are hiring a Manager - Engineering to support and drive our precision machining and manufacturing engineering function at MSA's facility in Bangalore. This role sits close to the shop floor, translating engineering strategy into daily execution - process engineering, NPI support, documentation, and compliance for aerospace (Boeing) programmes. If you have hands-on experience in aerospace precision machining and are ready to take ownership of engineering execution under senior leadership, we would like to talk. The Role You will work closely with the Head of Engineering to run day-to-day engineering activities on the shop floor - supporting process qualification, documentation control, FAI packages, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will be a key technical point of contact for production teams and a growing engineering group. What You Will Own Day-to-day engineering support across CNC machining, fabrication, and assembly of aerospace components Supporting Boeing supply chain compliance requirements - D1-9000, D6-51991, BAC specs, AS9100 Rev D Process engineering execution for tight-tolerance machining in aluminium, titanium, Inconel, and composites Maintaining engineering documentation - work instructions, GD&T drawings, BOMs, change orders Driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives on OTD, first-pass yield, and cost efficiency at the process level Supporting NPI, tooling qualification, and FAI preparation per AS9102 Coordinating with quality and production teams during internal and customer audits Guiding and developing junior engineers and technicians on the shop floor What We Are Looking For 4 to 8 years in aerospace manufacturing with a strong precision CNC machining background Prior experience in a Boeing or equivalent aerospace supply chain environment - Tier 1 or Tier 2, with flying parts preferred Working knowledge of GD&T and reading technical data packages/drawings Hands-on 3/4/5-axis CNC experience; familiarity with CAM programming (CATIA) an advantage Exposure to AS9100 Rev D, NADCAP processes, and FAI per AS9102 Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent Preferred: Six Sigma Green Belt | Experience supporting engineering managers or leads | ERP experience in a manufacturing environment If you have spent your career in aerospace precision machining and know the Boeing supply chain from the inside, we would like to talk.
