About the role
Role: System Administrator Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 4+ Years Shift Timing: Night Shift (8 PM to 5 AM / 9 PM to 6 AM IST) – 5 days working Key Responsibilities & Requirements:- Provide end-user technical support (hardware, software, network). Install, configure & maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Administer Windows, Linux, Mac systems & O365. Manage Windows Servers (2012–2022), Active Directory & user accounts. Strong hands-on experience with Okta (SSO) . Administer Atlassian tools ( Jira, Confluence ) & CrowdStrike . Handle onboarding/offboarding with security compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve system/software issues. Perform upgrades, patching & vulnerability management. Oversee network administration & IT infrastructure. Maintain IT documentation & SOPs. Collaborate on IT projects and support automation initiatives. Stay updated on latest IT and desktop support trends.
